One Month-ish Progress Report

I started MFP about a month ago when I randomly came across the app in my phone. I decided to make a New Year's resolution to drop about 40 or 50 pounds. I have never seriously dieted before but something needed to change. This month I eased into things by cutting calories alone. No excerise except that which came from dealing with the dogs, whatever happened at work, or in everyday life. You know what? Cutting calories isn't really that hard. Once I figured out what I could eat, I often found myself under my daily goal without starving myself. I think I'll kick it up a little this month when I start actually exercising. But, without further ado, here is my progress report from just one month. Loss of 13.2 pounds, 11 total inches, and 2.8% body fat.
