I got out of bed at 6 am to do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I DID NOT want to get up...super tired. But I told myself that I'd feel a ton better once I did it so I got up. And guess what? I DO fell better!0

I got up and did 40 min on the treadmill and drank 4 glasses of water. I will run 3 miles this afternoon for my training program. Feeling good..0

Upper body prison routines at work. Then had a grilled chicken salad. Plus already drank 12 cups of water so far.
Then trolled some of my clients to relieve the stress they were creating for me.
