That's is WONDERFUL! Today is my 6th day as a member but I'm afraid to weigh in. The last time I watched what I ate and exercised I ended up gaining like 4 pounds and it discouraged me so bad that now I'm afraid to weigh. But, I've never been on a program like this before and I'm hoping it will help me to lose. Reading your post, gives me the inspiration I need to stay motivated.0

Thank you everyone. I cut out fast food all together (except subway), junk foods. I eat 1200 calories or less a day. I never eat back the calories I've burned working out. (to me its like I worked out real hard to loss them I dont want to eat them back). I also use the Gold's Gym Dance Workout for the Wii, Just Dance 2 Just sweat for the Wii and I plan to add some new ones. I've worked out everyday except 2 in the whole month. 1 I was sick and the other we got 6 inches of snow so I shoveled as my workout that day. Other then that I measure everything and watch and track everything that goes into my mouth even if its gum.0

20 lbs in a month that is great? I only lost 11. I guess I am not doing enought.
You're doing great, keep up the good work.
You are doing great! Not everyone can loose so much, so fast. In fact, the recommendation for healthy weight loss is only 2-5 pounds per month. It took time to put it on, it will take time to take it off! Keep the faith!0 -
