BREAKFAST
HOT CEREAL
BRING 1 c low-fat or fat-free milk to a boil, then add 1/4 c grain cereal (such as Bob's Red Mill 7 Grain or 10 Grain). Cover, simmer, and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with 2 Tbsp pecans and 1/4 c dried apricot halves.
Total calories: 380
BAGEL EGG SANDWICH
SCOOP out 4" whole wheat bagel. Fill with 1 sliced hard-boiled egg, 1 Tbsp Miracle Whip Light, 2 tomato slices, and 2 lettuce leaves. Serve with large coffee and 3 oz low-fat milk.

SMOOTHIE
BLEND the following ingredients: 1 c low-fat or fat-free milk, 1/4 c old-fashioned oats, 1 small banana, 1/2 c berries, and 1 Tbsp peanut butter.

CORNMEAL PANCAKES
COMBINE 1/2 c cornmeal, 1/2 c flour, 1/2 Tbsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt in bowl. Add 3/4 c low-fat or fat-free milk, 1 large egg, 2 Tbsp vegetable oil, 2 Tbsp honey, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Stir well.
HEAT large skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Ladle about 1/4 c batter to make 4 " pancakes. Cook until bubbles on top have popped and pancake appears firm but not dry. Flip and cook until underside is done. (Makes 8 pancakes; 1 serving = 2 pancakes.)
Total calories per serving: 240
Top with 1 c blueberries and serve with 6 oz light yogurt for a combined 400 calories.
RAISIN BRAN MUFFIN
CHOOSE 2 oz raisin bran muffin (about the size of a standard cupcake). Cut in half and spread 1 tsp all-fruit strawberry jam on both sides. Serve with 3/4 c low-fat plain yogurt mixed with 1 c fresh or frozen berries and 1 Tbsp wheat germ.

1 whole large egg
2 large egg whites (you can use 3 egg whites to reduce cals if desired)
1/4 green pepper chopped
1/4 red pepper chopped
3 mushrooms finely diced
1 grimms flax seed or whole wheat whole grain wrap
2 tbsp salsa
salt/pepper to taste
2 slices butterball turkey bacon
pam olive oil cooking spray
15 mins to make easy meal around 370 cal, if u want to save more use 3 egg whites instead of 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, less time if you microwave the eggs/peppers/mushrooms although I recommend cooking them to get the most vit D from them.0 -

I love the bagel thins! I get the whole wheat ones and put a packet of equal on it with some cinnamon and spray butter. YUMMY! I know some people don't "do" equal, but I love me some sweets and I've grown up with it. Breakfast is only like 110 Calories! Sometimes I'll also eat some fruit (grapes, banana, grapefruit, strawberries, etc.)0

We make killer bacon burgers with cheese..again, drain oil and use cooking spray.
3 oz of ground beef (95% lean) -- 145 calories

This weekend I had
1 - 100 calorie Nature's Own Whole Wheat Sandwich Round
1/4 cup of Egg Beaters - scrambled w/ a couple of sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
1 wedge of garlic & herb Laughing Cow Cheese
I toasted the sandwich round & spread it with the laughing cow & then put the scrambled egg on it. It was an awesome egg sandwich for 165 calories.0 -
5 minutes, 300 calories:
instant raisin & spice oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk and a dash of cinnamon, one hard boiled egg, and coffee with fat free french vanilla creamer
i hard boil and peel the week's eggs and keep them in the fridge, so even if i don't have time for the oatmeal, i can just grab an egg and a cereal bar and go0
