What are the most important nutrients to put in your diary? I have carbs,sat.fat,sugar,sodium and protein.What do you all think is most important. I've changed mine around a couple of times.

    ooops, should have said chol. instead of protein.

    Protein, fat, and carbohydrates for sure. Those are your three primary macro nutrients.

    Next I'd go with sodium and then probably fiber, sugar or cholesterol.

  • I also keep track of fiber. You would be surprised at how often you do not take in enough of it.
