What are the most important nutrients to put in your diary? I have carbs,sat.fat,sugar,sodium and protein.What do you all think is most important. I've changed mine around a couple of times.

Protein, fat, and carbohydrates for sure. Those are your three primary macro nutrients.
Next I'd go with sodium and then probably fiber, sugar or cholesterol.0 -

I also keep track of fiber. You would be surprised at how often you do not take in enough of it.0
