So I have always exercised in my barefeet, whether on the eliptical or doing the 30 Day Shred. Well, I recently started the Biggest Loser Cardio Max and the first time I did it I could barely finish b/c my feet were burning so bad. I got a pair of runners, but about every second time I do it, my feet still feel like they are burning. SO much that I feel like I can barely stand on them.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me as to what I can do? Thanks!

Check to see that your shoelaces aren't tied to tight. What kind of socks are you wearing? I would invest in a good set of running/wicking socks that take away the sweat and keep your feet cooled. Good luck!0

Ok so I also don't wear socks. Maybe I should invest in a pair! Thanks for the idea.0
