Hello all. I am a Grandmother of a beautiful baby boy. My husband and I have an empty nest so we are focusing more on us and looking to become healthy in 2011! My Daughter in law suggested this site and I am looking forward to putting it to good use! Thanks for reading!

    Congrats on the grandson! Sounds like you have a smart daughter-in-law! You can have a lot of fun here while figuring out what changes to make to your diet for getting healthier as you go along. I love it!
