YAY! I ran my 1st 5k race this morning. I finished in 30 mins 3 secs. It wasnt too bad but that cold air, fog, inclines and a couple of stomach cramps had me thinking I wasnt going to be able to run the entire time. However, I just kept telling myself to push through it and I did!

asj, awesome job this month!!! :flowerforyou:

andrea, that's the spirit! Every day is a new day - we conquer the month day by day. In fact, we used to have also weekly challenges going, if you think that would help more, we could do that again. Or you can keep a counter for each week, like:
    Week 1: Me: 2 - LNS: 5
    Week 2: Me: 7 - LNS: 0 (that's the plan, right?)

Have to join this group! Hello everyone!!! Though I've been doing pretty good since I joined MFP, I still have issues. I'm trying to find a way to have less sodium too - I'm addicted to pickles, and they have way too much sodium. I wonder if I could make my own and make them less salty? I binged on 5 of them today instead of ...junk but I feel salted out.

I have question ,what if your still very far from your daily calorie goal with all the extra workout calories is worse to eat late? or not eat those calories back ?

Depends on what you can tolerate. I'm doing well with under 1400 cals and losing weigh that way no matter how much exercise I'm doing.

If you used to go to bed with a full stomach, yeah, that might happen. I had a friend in school who told me that if she didn't eat late, she'd be having only food-related dreams . Try to persevere for a while. If it's bothering, then maybe try to eat every week a bit less. Maybe have a slice of cheese, or some organic oat with milk or simply a glass of warm milk. Something light and healthy. You have to be reasonable. :) And all the same keep in mind that a bad habit is hard to break.

Thank you dew! :flowerforyou: You're doing pretty well too!
I'm going to watch tv in my room and stay far away from the kitchen. I think I'll floss and brush for extra insurance.
Basically, though, I'm in the mindset that I just don't feel right about having anything after 9:30. Last night was a little unusual so I gave myelf a break and LNS won - but not tonight!!
    Stay strong everyone!

I had my last snack a bit latter, but it wasn't junk and it wasn't mindless eating, so it's Me: 10 - LNS: 3

How was everyone's (apart from Lorna and Zaza) weekend? Who's still in the game?
