spinach smoothies

SO I never would have thought it, but these taste amazing! I have been drinking them for breakfast.
The first one:
2 cups spinach
1 banana
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp ground flax seed (if you want)
ice

Put the spinach in first, then the flax and banana, add milk and blend. When blended add ice to thicken. I use a frozen banana and skip the ice. Tastes amazing.

The second one is the same but with 1 cup frozen berries instead of a banana.

I have also added protein powder to these and they are still good. Believe it or not, the spinach actually grinds up to nothing and you can't even taste it. WHich I love spinach but I didn't think I would ever put it in a smoothie.

    Yep, I used to make these with frozen blueberries. So good. The spinach makes it look kind of funny, but it tastes good.
