i need recipes that I can make fast with
Avocado
Tomato
Lettuce
White cheese
Wheat bread
Jam
Green apple
Carrot
Celery

    I'd skip the jam.

    First 5 ingredients would be a pretty tasty sandwich, although I'd only use half the avocado since it's pretty high calorie. Add a protein if you have it--some lean chicken breast would be good. Grill the whole combo for extra yumminess.

    Have carrots and celery on the side as snacks.

    If you bake the green apple and sprinkle with a little cinnamon and brown sugar you have a fairly guilt-free yummy dessert.

    I'd proabaly chop up all the veggies and make a little salad. If you have any low-cal dressing in the house, that is... lots of yummy stuff there!!! If you really need to use the jam, spread a small amount on the bread and eat with the salad!
