I now crave oatmeal, believe it or not. I am *loving* the Hungry Girl recipe for "The Original Growing Oatmeal Bowl." Makes a HUGE serving for 190 calories, and it's really, really good. That's what I crave lately. I sometimes have it for dinner.0

i could eat a poached egg everyday--they were the only way i would eat eggs growing up! brussel sprouts (must be fresh) toasted on the stove with a splash of lemon juice. kale chips. sweet potatoes. split pea soup (vegetarian). tofu scrambles.0

The best for me right now, I'm *Not* craving Mountain Dew anymore! I still have two in the fridge, and both my husband and I have left them alone0 -

Fruits-berries and apples, bananas
hummus-roasted red pepper is a fav
sweet potatos
natural peanut butter
brown rice
spaghetti squash
mushrooms

Natural almond butter. OMG yum.0

Baby spinach and arugula. I can eat bowls of either, with just a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil. I eat either one or both every single day.

Mmmmmm peanut butter and banana! But I find that I can only eat half or a quater of the banana. I get pretty full quickly!0

i have never tried almond butter before but it sounds like it could even be healthier than peanut butter? Self's online magazine recently published an article about 20 superfoods, with almond butter as one of them! i will definitely try it out soon0 -
