Big warning: They are not, I repeat, not all low fat, low calories BUT some aren't so bad..... and I figured lots of us may be having some company, needing a dish to bring to a party, or will just be enjoying a cheat day tomorrow

  • Thank you so much! Your blog looks great... I'm going to bookmark and go through it for sure... for the time being I think the stuffed jalapenos will fill out our platter tomorrow :)

You have to live a little. When I am feeling healthy I do reduced fat cream cheese and cheddar. The real bacon bits arent nearly as bad as they sound either!

I recently made mexican layer dip - as long as you pile on the veggies and use low fat cream cheese/low sodium beans, it was pretty healthy. I also of course used Baked scoops. Another easy dip - White Bean Dip, super yummy, easy, high in fiber, and not so bad for you, especially if you serve it with veggies and/or homemade baked pita chips.
  • Looks good, I am goingto try a few tomorrow.
