I do, Cashier, Lawn n' Garden, and Frozen/Dairy.
Does anyone know of a site that could generate how many calories I burn by going to work?
Should I just omit this and have it as a little secret helper?

Get a cheap pedometer (they sell them at walmart
) that'll tell you how much you walk in a day. then you can add cals more accurately

If you have your level set that you are on your feet all day then this is already calculated in and you would not need to log anything extra.0

Isn't that what they are asking about when you sign up? How active you are outside of the workouts?0

It depends on what you set your activity level at. If you put sedentary then I'd do a hrm or pedomiter (or both) so you can log it. But if you said your active then its already accounted for.0

I'd leave it alone and count it as part of your daily routine because you do it probably close to every day so your body will/has gotten used to it. When I started there in the bakery I lost like 10lbs because I wasn't used to it but as I went alone I got used to it and most days it was no big deal.0
