I figure this is a safe zone and I am testing this here before I post on facebook to show my family & friends..

This is day 1 and day 30 p90x shirtless.. I want to cry when I see my beginning photo... I'm serious when I say P90x WORKS! As you can see I was VERY out of shape (still have a long way to go). If I can do it, you can do it!

    :flowerforyou: Incredible results! My husband does P90X but I don't have enough time in a day..just doing the shred for now. Results like this make me want to do it but I don't want to suffer the pain! Great job sticking through it, you look awesome!

    Yes!! 30 days! It's hard as crap but you can do it!! I hate to sound cliche, but it's completely changing my life!!

    Awesome job girl!!! I am on week 6 of P90X and my results have not been as great as yours!! I am not following the meal plan though, just counting calories on here. Are you follwing the diet plan also?

    I am mainly counting calories, but I have started doing shakeology & using the recipes for dinner from the guide. I am feeling great!
