I seem to always be over on my protein amounts, is this something that is a horrible thing? I assume if i weren't over I'd probably be starving!!

Not horrible at all, unless you have problems with your kidneys. I was always told the amount of protein you take in everyday should be about half of your goal weight. I have no clue if this is truly right, but I am going with it. Your muscles feed on the protein, and protein does help to keep you full longer - as long as the protein is healthy lean proteins.
    Just don't worry about it.
  • I'm always over. I think it's good to eat a lot of protein because it keeps me feeling full.

You should be eating 0.8xbody weight in protein. Going up to 200 g is fine anything over is hard on the kidneys and other organs. I imagine your well under 200?
