Can I just tell everyone how proud I am of myself? I am known to start something, give it about a week or 2 and then fall off the bandwagon. I'm not so sure why this is different. Perhaps it's because of all the support I get from my "friends" out there. Perhaps it's because I feel I can actually do this. I am eating so much better, and so much less, and excercising...although not as much as I would currently like, but I know I can improve.
I started at 234 pounds, and am currently down to 221.8 Simply amazing. Here's to plowing through another 28 days and obtaining some more awesome accomplishments. Have a great day everyone and thank you for your support

I'm with you. This is no easy task but 4 weeks is good territory. I'm on 6th week of being active and intentionally exercising and tracking. I even screwed up and missed Friday last week and even though I had a goal to exercise Sat set(before I missed Friday) I missed it and went over on calories. But this week I'm right back at it working out and watching my calories so I don't go over. It really is progress when we just stick with it.0

Congratulations! I know what you mean about not sticking with things. 4 weeks is something to be proud of! And sticking to it for this long makes it more likely that you'll continue to stay on the wagon. Good for you!0
