Week 2 171....GULP I gained this week!

Good thing I still have time to smarten up! No more mess ups for me!

    I didn't weigh in.. Its TOM and I always gain water that week so it won't be accurate so Im not even bothering lol

    Oops, I posted in last week's thread, but here it is again.

    I weighed in this morning at 172 lbs., a 1 lb.loss for the week and 3 lb. loss since the beginning of the challenge.

    I really upset because I have been doing as perfect as I can be.. I work out 5 days a week at atleast 30min and I have been eating healthy about 90% of the time.. I don't know....
    I'm not giving up! I feel pretty good.. I can tell i'm losing inches but everyone here knows how it feels to see the #s go down!

    Here's to 4lbs by next week!

    Feb 8th my weight is 220.5
    I was kinda hoping for a bigger number on the scales and i have been drinking my water !
    Hoping for a bigger number next week !

    No alcohol for me this week so should hopefully have a bigger better loss for next week.

    Welp ~ Week two for me = Maintain....

    Still sitting at 170, but have lost inches on my waist AND arms ( even a wee bit on my thighs)

    Keep it going guys, we can do this!!! I am starting to question if i'll lose the 10, ( which is half of my goal) But i sure will keep trying!!

    I am sad I haven't lost more :sad: but it is ok I know I am eating Healthier and Drinking Lots Of water :drinker: and Exercising Daily when the time is right it will melt away :love:

    Total of 2 lbs lost. I majorly cheated this week and i am surprized i didn't gain! Time to get focused and really try to lose that weight
