Great post! After 15 lbs, I am getting my hair did! And once I reach my goal, I am going to dig into the closet for the tub of clothes I labeled "We will meet again someday clothes," pull out my favorite old designer jeans, put them on smoothly, kiss the baby goodnight and go out DANCING!!!0

I want to cut my hair into a cool trendy looking style & get a tattoo.
...and of course, I'm treating myself to a shopping spree.0 -
A new wardrobe, after losing 40 pounds, it will be necessary. Not exciting, I know. Maybe I will trade in the hubby for a newer model....0

In May I am going on my honeymoon with my husband. We're going to Paris and I would love to be able to wear some beautiful dresses/skirts/cute outfits! So I guess my reward is feeling good on my honeymoon and not being embarrassed when I look at the pictures later!0

im not going to know what to do with myself if i dont diet anymore! thats going to be scary!
You know, I've been thinking about this a lot lately! Although I still have a way to go before I reach my goal... I keep thinking about how I'll know when it's enough and how I'll even be able to eat without thinking about counting and all that! Dieting and Exercise has become such a huge part of my life... I'll be sad when that part of it is done!0 -
When i reach my goal weight i will have lost quite a bit of weight so i will deffently be buying alot of new cute clothes !0

I'm gonna buy myself a BodyMedia Fit so that I can make sure that I set myself up for success in maintaining my new weight. I'm going to get the one from Costco that comes with a year of the online subscription and use it just for that year to help continue to guide me into my new life as a skinny person. I figure that once I use it for a year I'll have a really good idea of my daily burn of calories when I don't workout, when I do, on active days and lazy days. And be able to use that knowledge on an ongoing basis, without the need for the device any longer, to maintain my weight.0

I am 9lbs away from goal, but the "weight" isn't so important anymore as how "cut" I am. In the last year, I've built up more muscle since I finally realized I have a thicker natural build and looking thin for me will look sickly (several people have told me not to lose anymore weight because they're afraid I'll look sick). So I'm working on building up my muscles. I have been wanting to get my upper back finished for years (have several tats from over 15years ago). I didn't ever do it for 2 reasons: 1, I design my own so I know I'll like them years from now (my body is my canvass and all ) and 2, even though I always had a nice back, it wasn't cut enough for me. It's getting there now: once it's cut to my specs, I am going to complete my design to incorporate what is already there with what I want & get it done - one shot, one sitting. I haven't been under the gun in over 10 years, so I am psyched to get this done. I am hoping that by this summer, I will be able to get it done
Good luck to all of you on your goals & rewards :flowerforyou: I know we can do this0 -
I'm going to get my bellybutton pierced and I'm going to get an overpriced but super cute Victoria's Secret swimsuit to show it off in!0

I'm going to get my bellybutton pierced and I'm going to get an overpriced but super cute Victoria's Secret swimsuit to show it off in!
I forgot about that one: I'm almost to the confidence level to show off the belly piercing I've had for 10 years & get a new ring to show it off PLUS get a bikini that looks good on my new found *kitten*0 -
Hmmmmm I think a boob job! lol0
-
I'm getting a holiday, which is already booked whether i reach my goal or not, but if I do reach my goal I'll be getting a bikini and getting my bellybutton pierced.0

I'm probably going to buy a giant pair of sweat pants and run around my living room screaming, "I DID IT I DID IT CHECK OUT MY SWEAT PANTS YEAHHHHHHHH." Then I'll probably take a nap or something. I'm not really seeing my weight loss as something that needs to be rewarded. I'll just be happy that I'm not getting flab everywhere.0

My husband had agreed to take me on a shopping trip to Victoria Secret when I get to my goal weight. I figure why not reward my husband too, after all he has had to suffer along side of me through this journey. All the (bland, rubbery, plain) food I have put in the fridge. The complaining I did when I couldn't run for 3 months two summers ago because I sprained my ankle. The piles of clothes laying on the bedroom floor while I sat on the side of the bed sobbing because, "I have nothing to wear!" Some of you have probably heard that line a time or two. The amount of money he has given me for workout clothes, gear, treadmills, workout DVD's, and not to mention new clothes because the ones I had don't fit anymore! I think that he has handled this journey well enough to earn a reward with me! We agreed on this one because all the times I had strolled through the mall's and slowly walked by this store wishing that I could walk in and buy something that would look just as good on me as it did on the model's displaying them... When I get to my weight, I hope, no I know that I will be able to do that!0

I want a tatoo or a boob job because I dont think they are going to come out of this unscathed lol
new clothes0 -
Treating myself to a spa day. And a new wardrobe, that's enough to motivate me. lol0
-
Well I'm going to need new clothes. So that'll be a treat especially since the kind of clothing is very hard to come by in larger sizes (at least over here).
Other than that my major reward is my tattoo sleeve. I know exactly what I want but I've told myself I'm not allowed it until I get to my goal weight. That an it'll cost less when there's less of me to tattoo. :laugh:0 -
i'm buying an entire wardrob of clothes i could never wear because of my weight. nothing but tight jeans + singlets! haha. also i might get a tattoo on my hip
Me Too! I reached goal a while back, but besides getting rid of a ton of old clothes and buying new ones, I didn't really get a "reward" for myself. I have been contemplating a tatoo on my hip for my birthday next month (something I never would have done 20+ lbs ago). What do you think you are gonna get?0 -
A very large, very intricate, very accurate depiction of a geisha in all of her traditional robes, spanning my left thigh and hip.0
-
New clothes (obviously). And maybe a gym membership to our local gym. I know it sounds backwards to get that AFTER I've lost the weight, but I'll want to keep it off!0
-
new wardrobe, & hopefull some pg clothes0
-
Gonna get myself a HOT new guy to go with the HOT new me!!!0
-
I am hoping for a new cute bathing suit for our vacation to the beach in June!!!0
-
Hmmmmm I think a boob job! lol
I'm gonna have to get one of those too. Losing so much weight does not treat the girls quite well!0 -
I think mine will be more of a mental reward, I want to be able to do whatever I want, and wear whatever I want. There is a slip in my confidence, recently, as I feel slightly self concious about my body.....I hate that, and it's my own fault, for eating too much hotel food, lol. The reward will be, when I know I look good LOL!0
-
I prefer to think of the weight loss as the reward for the hard work.0
-
My reward will be a very fit, in shape, great endurance 51 yr old. That's my reward.0
-
I have three beautiful dresses from much skinnier times. I'm working towards fitting into these. My actual, real reward is a holiday somewhere tropical with my boyfriend and I'll wear my bikini without a care in the world0
