Multivitamins with lots of iron!

Options
Hey! So I'm looking for good suggestions for muti-vitamins with lots of extra iron! I don't want to take iron supplements because I'm not anemic, but I know I'm not eating as much iron in the day as I should.
Right now I take one-a-day weight smart because it is the one with the most iron, but is anyone else taking a different multivitamin with lots of iron?

All righty! Never mind... haha I just changed my diary to show iron intake, and I'm very well off!

Besides, iron has a tendency to back you up...

Iron is definitely a vitamin you want to make sure that you don't overdo it on. Taking too much of it can be a bad thing.

EDIT: The upper limit of what a healthy person can have is 45mg, or 250% DV. You don't want to have more than that.

I still think taking Iron on it's own is better. You can take it w/ calcium which nullifies a part of your multivitamin. (Ths calcium makes the iron not absorb as well.) I take my calcium and multivits in the morning and Iron and a vit C at night (the vit c helps iron absorb)

Be careful of too much iron - if you don't need it don't take it.
