Nutritional Values Calculator for Recipes

Saw some posts where people were wondering how to figure out the calories per serving of a recipe if the nutritional info isn't available. I used this calculator when I made an apple celery salad that I eat all the time to figure out the calories.

There is a recipe calculator on MFP too. Go to FOOD then RECIPES, add recipe new recipe.0

I use the one on this site. I can store them, and just click them when I eat.0

I use the one on this site too. It's so much easier to stay in one site. Whenever you have some extra time, you can put your favorite recipes in. Then whenever you decide to make it...it's there...just click and it's added to your menu for whichever meal you want! VERY easy!!0

Thanks everyone!! I didn't even see the one right here on the site! I'll be sure to use it! Much easier to click on the recipe to post it!0
