Making a change for the better...

I have recently opted to get on track and STAY on track with my fitness goal. I am so much a yoyo most of the time. I tend to crash diet and work out like a crazy person to get ready for a particular event but this time I plan to make the change and keep it. Lossing weight had always been my primary goal because who wants to gain weight...makes no sense! Well apparently I have been doing it all wrong and in order for me to render better results I must actually gain weight. I spoke with a personal trainer (something I had not done in my past) and she got me started and turned me on to this website. So here goes EVERYTHING!

    Welcome. I love this site. Did the personal trainer suggest a weight gain due to building muscle, which weighs more than fat? If so, you will be losing inches even if you don't see it in the pounds right away.
  • Yea, that's what the trainer said. I'm scared to eat too much because if I don't work out then here comes that gut! I so hate the gut. lol
