How many eggs/egg whites are too much in one day?

The issue with eggs in the cholesterol. The cholesterol is in the yolks only. You can eat all the egg whites you want (beware the side effects of too much protein and not enough fiber lol), just keep tabs on the yolks, especially if you have cholesterol issues personally or in your family.0

I'm pretty sure they debunked the whole "cholesterol in eggs raises your cholesterol" Its saturated/trans fat that does that, not cholesterol. That said, I'd limit the eggs to one or two per day due to the fat and such, due to the fat content. Unless your trying to go on a heavy protein diet.0

i dont know if it's accurate but i hear that one whole egg has most of the cholesterol that a peson needs for the day. so what i do when i have eggs in an omlette for breakfast is do one whole egg and one egg white and prepare as usual.
i'm not expert though. and i like to but onions, green pepper and refried beans in the fold. mmm.0 -

I really don't know how much is too much...I would try to stay at 1 or 2 whole eggs and then a couple of egg whites/beaters per day.
You might try adding the following items into your meals; Chobani Greek Yogurt, Low-Fat Cottage Cheese, Boneless Chicken breast, Fish filets (talapia, salmon), 1% or Fat-Free milk, low-sodium luch meats, Flat-out bread or higher protein breads, lean meat chili (beef or turkey) with beans and Protein Bars.0 -
On my budget??? haha! There's no such thing as too many egg whites!!!0

I eat a LOT of eggs, mostly whites. I don't worry about the cholesterol in the yolks, but I do limit my fat to 20 to 25 percent of my total calories, so I use that as my guide when deciding how many yolks to eat in a day.0
