I started MFP about 2 weeks ago and I'm loving it! I don't always track my full day of food because I get annoyed at the end of my day when I'm under 50 calories and it tells me I'm starving myself. I usually track through lunch and then I have an idea of what my dinner should look like.
I've also gotten on board with the Couch to 5k running program...did about 90 percent of it before and loved it!
I like reading about other's successes so add me as a friend so I can see all the progress your making and be motivated by that!

Always track everything. I have only been over once so far and I'm usually under by a little to a lot. The point is to be honest with yourself.0

WELCOME....i track almost everyday...Every so often I give myself kinda a free day...i find it easy and have been over a few times but I don 't stress just try to make those snacks healthy if I feel starving!0
