Okay folks, the picture on the left was taken back in July, before I started MFP. The one on the right was taken today. I still have 76 lbs to lose before I get to my goal, but I'm well on my way!

Yes! I have a LOT more energy than I used to! I can hardly wait for Spring so I can go hiking again! It will be a lot more fun without carrying along all that extra weight!wow u look great can you tell the difference in how you feel?0 -
