I am new to myfitnesspal but I love the app for my iphone and it is FREE! I am trying to lose 5 pounds a month for a few months. My priority is to exercise an hour a day - even if it is walking, drink 8 glasses of water, take my vitamin and stay within a reasonable caloric intake. I am usually the fad dieter (so much fun) but this really hasn't worked over time. So I am hoping to make a few virtual friend to share successes with to keep me going!
