Hmm
Im happy with how many inchs that are coming of me but my weight lose seems slow.
Why would i not lose much weight but im lossing inchs

look at it this way- a pound of muscle (which you are building when you workout) looks like a 16oz steak uncooked...a pound of fat (which you are burning off when you exercise) looks like a gallon of milk...
which would you rather have? and if you replace the milk with the steak, you wont lose weight, but you will lose inches...make sense?0
