    I always crave my morning bowl of porridge! And more recently I've had a craving for apples!

    Celery with Peanut Butter.

    peanut butter is fattening not healthy!!


    nut fats are good fats.
    Yeah, and a lot of other people wrote down peanut butter, too. :wink:

    Yum!

    I've been craving fruits-mango's peaches, strawberries. Can't *wait* for watermelon to come in season!

    Banana and peanut butter-all in moderation :)

    The best for me right now, I'm *Not* craving Mountain Dew anymore! I still have two in the fridge, and both my husband and I have left them alone :)

    Baby spinach and arugula. I can eat bowls of either, with just a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil. I eat either one or both every single day.

    ME TOO!!!!!!!!!!! I TOTALLY crave spinach and arugula!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Mmmmmm peanut butter and banana! But I find that I can only eat half or a quater of the banana. I get pretty full quickly!

    i have never tried almond butter before but it sounds like it could even be healthier than peanut butter? Self's online magazine recently published an article about 20 superfoods, with almond butter as one of them! i will definitely try it out soon :)

    Asparagus with butter spray and Mrs. Dash, and lemon once they're out of the oven!

    Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt with frozen blueberries (instead of ice cream!)

    Rice Cakes (instead of potato chips)

    Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges

    Avacado (high calorie and appears to be high fat, but it's healthy fats!)

    Schwans peach & vanilla bar (100 calories) and satisfies my ice cream craving

    Apple slices cooked in brown sugar splenda and a few 'can't believe its not butter' sprays.

    I have replaced regular ice cream with 1/2 fat ice cream and I love it. Don't know if that's a "healthy" craving, but it's better than the original! :smile:

  • I could eat my weight in peanut butter so not exactly healthy for me so I have to stay away from it LOL
  • maple nut oatmeal crisp cereal with raspberry yogurt instead of milk.... soooooo good (believe it or not :P)

    Daily I eat a Gala apple with a T of peanut butter. I also love Quinoa pilaf. Don't know that I crave it, but when I make it for dinner, the leftovers are my lunch.

    Disagree....if you get organic peanut butter, it's a very healthy fat and great source of protein.
  • I tried a pita pizza the other day--1/2 a pita, toasted, 2T spaghetti sauce, 1/4C mozzarella cheese, heat till cheese is melted---and it was fantastic! It really filled the pizza craving for about 200 calories. I'm going to eat one for dinner tonight with some soup and a salad!

    i crave sweet fruits (mango, pineapple, blueberries, bananas)
    bananas in a bowl of orange juice (serve like cereal, orange juice light)
    cottage cheese yummmmmmo
    bagel chips with laughing cow cheese
    100 cal packs yogurt covered pretzels (taste like chocolate)

    After working out i craveeee lemon water like nobodys business and
    drink it till im full :)
  • I make my own dips and I've developed a mild obsession for my pea and wasabi dip!!! Yummy!!

    (if anyone's interested the recipe is - 1 cup of fresh, raw garden peas, a tablespoon of fat free yoghurt and a bit of wasabi, all chucked in the blender until they're pureed.....simple)

    steamed asparagus with a few shavings of parmesan (though I discovered that if you eat too much asparagus your pee turns a weird shade of green...it's almost luminous.....................probably too much information!! :-/ )

    Ryvita rye crisp breads with laughing cow cheese triangles and marmite spread (bit of a strange combination but I love it)
