Hi everyone! Im Misty and I live in Indiana. My BF & I are starting this together. We have 8 kids that range from 16 to 8. We are going to lose weight and stop smoking. We go to the local YMCA to workout and trying to get a workout routine that we can do together. We are trying to change our eating habits into a healthier lifestyle. We did not make a New Year's resoulution because not many people follow through with them. Thanks and Im looking for friends to add for support. Have a GREAT day!:flowerforyou:

    yes we have 8 kids, I have 4 and he has 4. 6 live with us full time. Patience?? maybe not, I think I have mastered the mother tunning out unless they are bleeding...lol
