Hello from Louisiana and the land of everything fried or cooked in butter...lol I've been heavy all my life and after having two strokes last February due to high blood pressure, I am finally making a commitment to live a healthier life and be around to enjoy the next 21 years of my marriage......Feel free to add me I can use all the help I can get.

    Welcome and best of luck to you. I'm from Alabama and know what you mean....everything fried in butter. I just started a couple of days ago and love this site. Lots of support and sooooo easy to track what you eat. I have the app on my iPhone and am able to enter everything.

    I've never had to deal with losing weight but have put on alot of weight in the last few years. This is be very best app I've found. I started a couple of weeks ago and have already lost 5 lbs. If I can do it so can you.
