    I've been reading on the stationary bike and I'm currently halfway through "Water for Elephants"....I didn't even realize I was going for an hour because I got so sucked into the story!

    Now, if I could just do that in my sleep....

    10 extra minute of Circuit Training got me to our goal this week. Nice challenge! 10 minutes doesn't seem like a lot until you try to do it. Thanks Shogan :wink:

    Hello my challenge groupies! :tongue: Just wanted to give a quick heads up, loveme445 will be posting the challenges for me in the coming weeks - I need to get some things straightened out and in the event I'm not as active on MFP as I'd like, I didn't want this thread to fizzle out and die. Everyone is doing great so just KEEP IT UP! I'll be checking in though....
