Hey guys ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I was just wondering about muscle gain. I heard that if you have a calorie deficit then it is impossible to gain muscle, but I can't help feeling like when I do cardio at the gym I'm just making my leg muscles bigger, which is NOT what I want to do. Any input? Thanks guys

Cardio isn't gonna make your legs bigger, even if you're in a calorie surplus. Trust me on this, don't worry about it. They might look more defined because you're dropping fat, but definitely not bigger.0
