I just wanted to share some awesome exercise videos....well, if you like to dance. I'll be a bridesmaid at my brother-in-laws wedding in July (another incentive to look great) and we are dancing two songs. My hubby and I were dancing last night and it was quite and aerobic workout! We were sweating like crazy and burned lots of calories doing it too.

Thanks- how long are they?

They are about 4 minutes long, but there are several you can do. I did the same two for 40 minutes! LOL!! I wanted to learn all the dance steps...it's fun!
