Is the scale wrong??

Question.....I weighed myself on the scale at the gym yesterday, and again today, and the same scale is saying I lost 5 lbs (in one day).....could this be right?? I was wearing the same clothes, no extra weight, but I'm confused. Any suggestions?

    Our bodies fluctuate, probably a lot of the difference you see day to day is water.
    It's really better to just weigh in once a week, same time of day, same scale, then you will have better idea.

    It's normal. The best time to weight yourself is in the morning after you wake up, before you eat or drink anything.
