i usually listen to podcasts because they are over an hour long. then i dont get distracted with four or five minute, separate songs. my favorites are groovelectric (funkdatbreak is one of my faves) and podrunner (afterburn is one in particular i love).

I have to listen to a lot of different stuff because I have the attention span of a gnat, and I get bored easily.

MIA-Arular (great album with lots of good beats)
Fall Out Boy is also very up tempo, which I like.
    Christina Aguilera-Fighter
    Missy Elliot
    Timbaland
    Lily Allen
    Kanye West
    80s Dance hits

Those are some of my current favorites.

I basically listen to all the stuff that's on popular radio, that I would be embarrassed to admit that I love, but has a really strong beat and it motivational.

Paul Simon's The Obvious Child. Talk about a beat! The drum solo is incredible!
