Yeah, I'd make sure to eat an apple a day, if not two (one for each snack).

I take flax seed oil vitamins everyday. I have always had issues being full of *kitten*, so this has always been a thing for me.

Good to know this is clearly a problem. I was wondering what was going on. Although I drink about 14 glasses of water a day, I do 5 dried prunes and an Activia and sometimes I still won't go. Looking for a fiber supplement. Anyone use metamucil?

Hi hun.... I had the same issue... I did take the fibre drinks and stuff like that but I found that it made me extremely gassy and did not solve the problem. (I thought I was dying!!! LOL) Someone had written on here water, water and more water. He or she is correct. You have to realize your body is using everything that you are putting into it right now. Attempt to flush your body with lots of water.... I wish you the best of luck!

*Vegetables such as green beans and dark green leafy vegetables
    * Fruit skins and root vegetable skins
