Help with Saddlebags!!

Ok so I know that spot training isn't a real thing but I am looking for more excerises to help in that area. I am doing cardio too. ANYTHING! Summer is coming up soon and the thunder thighs have got to go!

    quats, lunges, bowler's lunges, walking lunges, toning bands around ankles doing leg lifts.

    Core and back exercises will help somewhat, especially ones that concern the oblique muscles like twisting sit-ups and twisting lunges while holding a medicine ball (lunges will also help with your leg muscles).

    I'm looking forward to what others have to say, since I'm kind of in the same boat...

    What is a bowler's lunge? I go bowling but dont have a clue what that is.
