Just started today :)

Just wanted to say hello. I started a food and exercise diary today. I'm hoping that keeping track of everything I eat will help me limit my caloric intake and eventually lose weight. Along with that I am also starting the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I plan to do it every day, so we'll see how it goes! I would love to have "pals" on here to help keep each other motivated :).
