    I can't believe I burned that much today!! Zumba was a life saver. It also got me motivated enough to do my 30 Day Shred. (Funny how working out can do that to you.)

    Crazy hard workout day. Last chance workouts before Biggest Loser weigh-in tomorrow morning. I'll also workout for1 hour right before the weigh-in tomorrow. I know it is water weight but it makes me feel good to see the lighter weight and inspires me to do it each week to keep it going. I know it is crazy but it works for me.:blushing:

    wats the sodium goal?
    Less than 2500 mg is recommended by the "health officials" ;) I was told 2400 by a Providence Nutritionist..... so anything under that with plenty of water is GOOOD.

    Looking for a good challenge. I'm IN! Just saw the post so I'll begin tomorrow. Real quick though, Are you guys counting "remaining calories" or only calories burned through exercise? Also where are you seeing what your sodium goals are? Thanks.

    Stickybumpz-We’re counting calories burned through exercise and Im going according to what MFP has which is 2500. Under the Food Tabs, click Settings and you have the option to change which nutrients you track.

    There's still time if you use it wisely. Back on Saturday, I didn't do my 30 Day Shred, and all I kept thinking was "This is how I got this way. I always put things off, and in the end, the only thing I've lost is time." :flowerforyou:
