My goals, water (I sip all day but don't get close to what I should).
Exercise at least 5 times this week (going to be harder with 2 full day offsite meetings
Continue on with my 100 push-up challenge

Today I moved from the Obese BMI to the Overweight BMI!!! I am really happy that I have made this mini goal. Now I just need to shoot for the next goal

*Exercise at leasts 4-5 times this week
