    Keep up the low carb, its obviously working.
    Don't go overboard in Dallas this weekend!!!

    As always thanks for the chart Rach! It's amazing when you look at the cumulative weight loss and percentages! Way to go everyone!

    My goals, water (I sip all day but don't get close to what I should).
    Exercise at least 5 times this week (going to be harder with 2 full day offsite meetings :(
    Continue on with my 100 push-up challenge
    Stay on track food wise

    Have a great week everyone, spring is near, I CAN FEEL IT!

    Oops, sorry for not posting...was a busy busy weekend! I gained 5 :( total loss is 16 pounds.

    Finish the rest of week two of c25k.
    Give myself some rest time. I'm awfully sore today.
    Drink more water.
    Keep aiming towards my goal of Onederland by Easter! 18.5lbs to go now!

    my goal for this week is to keep eating high fiber foods. it seems to be helping. TOM is this week though so we'll see what that does! hopefully i'll lose extra. :)

    Woohoo, I got a highlight this week! I'm gonna keep on downing the water and staying close to my calorie count. Plus, continue to increase my cardio workouts!

    My goal this week is to get to work on time. I know it seems silly, but when I get in on time, everything else just falls in place!

    For me, increasing strength workouts this week and keeping up 2-3L water/day.

    Today I moved from the Obese BMI to the Overweight BMI!!! I am really happy that I have made this mini goal. Now I just need to shoot for the next goal :):)

    *Keep drinking lots of water
    *Stay under calorie and sodium goal
    *Exercise at leasts 4-5 times this week
    *Get into tho the 220's!!!! Here I come!!

    My monthly goal is to work out for 180 minutes per week.

    My weekly goal is from another challenge I joined - burn 3500 calories this week and keep under my sodium.
