I was 139 on the 7th and currently I'm 132. I'm on the Master Cleanse; didn't have a whole lot of weight to lose, but wanted to get rid of the little extra before beginning my strength training. Good luck you guys!

I am a little late but I will try the challenge although 10 pounds is a lot in 2 weeks but i give it a try.
Current weights 188
Weight by 3/1/11 should be 178 but if i can get to 180 by then I will have accomplished a lot. Wish me luck. :blushing:
I need a little encouragement here--I've be struggling for a while. Total weightloss since 2009 is 56 pounds but nothing lately.0 -

No change from last week. I have to keep telling myself that I'm ok with this. This past week has been very stressful with taking my 2 yr. old to the hospital on Sunday and a total of 3 days of shots ensuing to help fight a nasty ear infection that led to her ear drum bursting. I've just felt awful for her. Haven't eaten the best either. Threw caution to the wind and finally caved in on a burger and fries on Sunday night along with 3 beers (yeah, sort of went overboard).
But this week, Game On! My little girl is better (was dancing in the kitchen and singing today :-) and I'm ready to drop a pound or 2 more this week. Bring it!0 -
