I have managed to fall off a trains and bruise and sprain my foot.
It hurts a lot to put weight on or sit at odd angles.
Any ideas of exercises I can do without using me right foot?!?!?!?!
Might be a long shot.

Jillian Michaels says that punches are a good way to get your heartrate up if you have a lower body injury. Just do controlled fast punches back and forth, right left right left.0

Ab work, push ups on your knees and you can probably search for exercises you do while sitting in a chair and find some good info.0

I know you're not disabled but check out the seated strength and seated upper body workouts on here... http://exercise.about.com/cs/exdisabilities/a/disabilities.htm0
