Fruit!

Can you please give your opinions on whts the best fruit to eat??? My aunts just told me that apparently apples and grapes are the rong ones and i should be eating water based fruits?!?!?

  • blueberries! they are so yummy and 1 cup for about 70 calories I believe.

    I think citrus fruits are better choices too.

    They are all good- just everything in moderation.

    A whole pineapple (Ive done it!) ...no good
    A couple rings.... great snack

    I DID THAT!!! omg my tongue hurt really bad the next day and I was super sick to my stomach

    In my opinion, the best fruit to eat is the fruit that you are excited to eat. I eat blueberries, an apple, and a banana every day. I often will eat a pear, orange, grapefruit, or peach as well. Of course, I always go over on my sugars, too... :)
  • I eat what ever fruit is available. In Washington state, apples and pears are plentiful. But they get boring. I love pomegranates, but they're had to find.
    I wouldnt worry about it, what ever is available.
