someone please tell me if what i'm thinking is correct or not.
hypothetical situation:
two women, both 5'5", both weigh 160. woman A has a body fat %age of 27%, woman B has a body fat %age of 35%.
would woman A need more calories than woman B?

The woman with the lower BF% will likely need more calories, everything else being equal.0

Yes, the woman with the lower body fat % would technically need more calories as a pound of muscle burns more than a pound of fat. However, how much more that woman would need to eat isn't clear. I've heard numbers tossed around like "muscle burns 30 more calories per pound than fat"...but have recently read something saying it's no where near that much.0
