im not understanding the whole body fat % thing mine is 21.8% is that a good thing or bad ?????????

How did you measure it?
If accurate, 22% is not so bad. You are approaching average.0 -
i just went on a machine at the gym after a work out it done my height weight etc0

yeah, that's probably not going to be very accurate. Especially after a workout.
those machines rely on hydration.0 -
I like the calipers system over a household scale or machine. The "egg" you sit inside is the ultimate in accuracy, I'm told, but not very convenient.0
