Ugh!!!

I have been eating well the last couple of days, and in those couple of days I have gained about 5 pounds!! I know it's more thanlikely water weight, but it's such a downer when you think you are doing a good job. *sigh*

    that is a bummer, but if you know you have been doing well and what your sposed to and its just water weight, it'll prolly just fall rite off when u least expect it :)

    Yes, just keep working at it, have fun with exercise, and have peace in knowing that you are doing the right thing.
  • I know the feeling! Just keep at it. Have you taken measurements? You may have lost inches :)
  • Remember to measure yourself. The scale is just a number and doesn't take into consideration water weight vs fat. I read that it is recommended to measure yourself about once a month. :)
