Your story is alot like mine.. I lost 23 pounds and still going I have 7 more to go and boy is it hard.. I have before and after pics too and what a difference when you actually see what we looked like before and we probably thought we didnt look that bad.. You look really good and yes you can see the shape of your abs on the sides you are on your way to a better body.. Congrats and hope you continue to make it a lifestyle change like me..

Thanks all !!!! I think you just motivated me to get my butt back in gear I have totally slacked off this week ...Have so much going on and no energy grrrrr ... I wish you all the best of luck and you can totally do it ...as for the pants lol .... the workout one's zellers and the other Giant tiger cheap cheap hehehe . Now I have to think about shopping soon cause everything is falling off me ...I can pull down my jean without un zipping is an awesome feeling but bend over and flashing my butt crack is getting a little annoying :laugh:0
