New 7 Day Calorie Burn Challenge-I'm Back!!

Hello everybody'
I've been a bad boy now for about 3 weeks but enough is enough.Time to get back to challenging myself & others!
My personal challenge is going to be to burn 7000 calories in 7 days!!Hopefully there will be folks joining me.You all know what your challenge number should be so please be true to yourself and set a goal that's not easy!This challenge starts tomorrow saturday february 12th.Here's the format I'd like to see everybody follow.Please try to post your burns daily along with the method you used to burn these calories.This gives us all a chance to see the variety of ways we can burn those calories!! Good luck and let's get healthy together!!

Sounds like a great idea! With two little kids and two jobs I don't see how I could possibly burn 7000 a day, but seeing as that I usually burn about 200-800 with exercise, I'll really push myself for 2000. Are we including the calories burned at rest also. (Example: Someone of my weight and height burns about 1400 a day doing nothing.) If that's the case- I'll boost up the number.0
