One year, new me!

Yesterday marked my one-year anniversary of working out with a trainer.

This morning, we did a progress test. The same exercises that were the benchmark when we started out. And wow, the results!


Then:
15 pushups
30 crunches
15 tricep dips
26 seconds balancing on a small "cushion" thingy
Weight: 76 kg
36% body fat

NOW..... (*cue drumroll*):
40 pushups
60 crunches - and I could have kept going
50 tricep dips
1 min 40 sec balancing
Weight: 67.1 kg
29% body fat (using the measurements for non-athletic body types on the scale. When inputing my body type as "athletic", i.e. more muscle mass, my body fat percentage is 22.3)
