HELP: HOW COME WE CAN'T LOG DVD WORKOUTS?

I DID A DVD WORKOUT LAST NIGHT AND I KNOW I BURNED CALORIES, BUT I CAN'T LOG IT. IT WAS THE THE 30 DAY SHRED BY JILLIAN MICHAELS. I WANT TO ADD THE CALORIES BURNED.:ohwell:

    You will have to customize your exercise. You put it in yourself describe and put in your calories burned. I use workout DVDS too and I always have to put it in myself. I have a heart rate monitor that tells me how many calories I burned. You will need to get one of those if you don't have one already.

    Log it as circuit training for 25 minutes

    you could always log it as calisthenics or plyometrics but it wouldnt be as accurate without a heart rate monitor

    i do shred too. log it as 'circuit training-general' it should be close to accurate. GL!

    Thanks guys, you mentioned something I have been thinking about getting a heart rate monitor. I know that is more accurate to see how many calories I burned, but some of them are sooooo expensive.
