Exercise Question

I am going to start Bob Harpers Weightloss Yoga - how would I log that in exercise? Is it just yoga or is it something more intense? I just want to make sure I'm logging it correctly. Don't want to get too many calories back and don't want to get too few. You see where I'm at?

If you click on Exercise and choose Cardiovascular, there is an option for Yoga. The best way to calculate burn is to use a HRM, but there is an option for it on here as well. I just entered 1 hour yoga and it said 153 calories burned.0
